Jeff Remlinger
Jeff has been specializing in the Medicare and Senior Insurance Products since 2010. Being an independent broker he can help an individual select the right Medicare coverage to fit their need and budget. Jeff, his wife Margaret, and their four children live in Plainfield. They are active participants in their church and their children’s school. Jeff has coached his children’s sports teams throughout the years, and keeps busy attending their games. Jeff is also a board member of the Plainfield Rotary.

Diane Williams-Lewis
Diane is a proud new member of the PMB Senior Services family providing Insurance and Medicare Benefits. Diane is
dedicated to affording individuals with a comprehensive Medicare plan feasible for their needs and budget. Diane is an active member of her church and a board member of Carolyn’s Kids Chicago, working with inner city children through teaching, coaching and mentoring across the Chicagoland area.

Patricia Walters
Patricia has earned the trust of her clients as a commercial and residential real estate broker since 2004. In fact, it was one of her clients who suggested that Patricia would be well-suited to serve as an independent Medicare insurance broker.
Discovering that this is an underserved market in the community of La Salle, Bureau, and Putnam counties where she calls home, the idea took hold. Patricia is now a proud member of the PMB Senior Services family, a team she selected because of their access to all major carriers, wealth of experience in all things Medicare, and dedication to both the professional development of their agents as well as the highest quality of customer service for their clients.
Patricia is a member of the Illinois Valley area Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Boards of regional economic development and cultural organizations.

Shaina Schmidt
Shaina has taken her 15+ years in the customer service industry and applied it to her career as a Medicare insurance broker. She is proud to take on the Florida market on behalf of PMB Senior Services.
As one of our youngest agents, she already has an amazing relationship with the senior community in Florida, where she calls home. Shaina spends her days raising her little girl and when she’s not spending time with her, she’s busy educating the community about the ins and outs of Medicare and visiting Medicare beneficiaries in their homes.

Casey Ong
Casey Ong has been a licensed health & life agent since 2001. She has helped individuals and families tailor health plans to suit their needs and budget for years. Medicare is no different. She continues to help seniors in the Medicare realm navigate which plan would best fit their current needs and lifestyle. She is contracted with all major carriers for Medicare supplement plans, Medicare advantage plans, Medicare Part D plans, as well as ancillary products such as dental, vision, cash benefits plans.

Frank Borges
Frank Borges has been a business entrepreneur who received his license for Life and Health insurance in 2007. He started with AFLAC as an Associate and later a District coordinator. Frank has now joined our team at PMB Senior Services. As a Broker he is contracted with all the major carriers for Medicare supplemental plans, Medicare part D,Medicare Advantage plans and other products such as Dental,Vision,Life Insurance and Final expense Plans.
